 Dang Smoke BBQ is a Toronto based food truck specializing in all things barbecue. We are the place who takes smoked meat seriously. We have a variety of items on our menu, smoked brisket and pull rib sandwiches, smoked ribs, grilled chicken, grilled veggie sandwiches, poutine. We smoke our Southern style meat on the truck. Highly seasoned, long-smoked meats that arrive on the plate tender, juicy and irresistible.
Don't miss the iconic pulled rib and beef brisket sandwich, or if you can't decide between the two, go for both! You also can't go wrong with the smoked pork ribs; dry-rubbed then slow-smoked over apple and cherrywood until crispy without and melting within. Vegetarian options are also available.
Come for the meat, but don't forget sides: meat poutine, creamy coleslaw, crispy fries.
